Definition of Level of Repair

Level 0: Issuing a DOA Certificate and Accessories Substitution. -
Level 1 Software Upgrade, Upgrading to a Higher Level, and Cleaning of Parts. -
Level 2: LCD, camera, lens, keypad dome, microphone, ringer, speaker, flash LED, and mechanical antenna replacement. -
Level 3: Multipoint solder replacement of the LCD and multipoint solder replacement of the charging connector. -
Level 4: Replace main board, oscillators, tuner, charging IC, FM IC, and I/O IC.

Non OEM Support Products Repair

Products where generally no new software version is anticipated or required from the OEM by the Service Operator -
End-of-Life or nearing End-of-Life products -
EOL products can be repaired and sustained for 50 years after being declared EOL -
Although there is no technical limitation on repairing products where hardware is repaired by BICT and Software upgrades/new version is provided by the OEM, this option may become commercially unviable as OEM can choose to charge for Software upgrades excessively while low-balling repair cost
